Important Note

  • Hotel Selection Responsibility: We offer a variety of accommodation options to cater to diverse preferences. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the hotel selection process, considering factors such as budget, location, facilities, and standards. Utilize the provided tools, including website links and TripAdvisor ratings, to make informed decisions. We neither endorses nor insists on any particular hotel choice. If the chosen hotel does not meet your requirements, We hold no responsibility, as the selection is entirely at the discretion of the client. We value your input and aim to deliver a tailored travel experience based on your unique preferences.
  • Extra Bed: An extra bed will be provided for guests aged 6 years and above, if you have purchased one. Generally, the hotel provides only one extra bed per room, more than 1 extra bed in one room is subject to the room size.
  • Check-in/Check-out: The hotel standard check-in time is typically at 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to the hotel’s discretion.
  • Transportation: Transportation is as per the itinerary, not at the guest’s disposal.
  • Refunds for Non-operational Activities: Refunds for any paid non-operational activity will be processed within 30 days. Complimentary activities will not be refunded.
  • Special Dinners: The package price excludes special dinners or mandatory charges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or special occasions.
  • Cancellation Due to Calamity: In case of package cancellation due to natural calamity, we will not strive to provide the refund.
  • Itinerary Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to Force Majeure events, weather conditions, etc. Any additional costs due to such events will be borne by the guest.
