1. Booking Process
Our travel expert will review your request and share up to 5 customized package options including hotel choices, budgets, and itineraries.
Absolutely not! You only pay after selecting your preferred package from the 5 options we provide.
2. Payments
- UPI (no additional fee)
- Credit/Debit Cards (processing fee may apply)
- Net Banking (no additional fee)
3. Cancellations & Changes
- The blocking amount is non-refundable as it is used to reserve hotel and travel services.
- No additional cancellation charges apply at this stage.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions
No. Exclusion list covers:
- Monument/theme park tickets
- Meals (unless specified)
- Personal expenses (tips, phone calls)
Your itinerary clearly lists exclusions.
Drivers provide route assistance and basic local knowledge in English/Hindi. They are not licensed tour guides. For specialized guided tours, we arrange certified guides (extra cost).
5. Special Cases
In such cases (Force Majeure situations), travel plans may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Any changes or cancellations will be handled according to the applicable cancellation policy and service provider rules.
- Kids under 6: Complimentary (without extra bed)
- Children 6-12: As per hotel policy (with extra bed)
