Important Note
- Hotel Selection Responsibility: KrishTrip offers a variety of accommodation options to cater to diverse preferences. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the hotel selection process, considering factors such as budget, location, facilities, and standards. Utilize the provided tools, including website links and TripAdvisor ratings, to make informed decisions. KrishTrip neither endorses nor insists on any particular hotel choice. If the chosen hotel does not meet your requirements, KrishTrip holds no responsibility, as the selection is entirely at the discretion of the client. We value your input and aim to deliver a tailored travel experience based on your unique preferences.
- Check-in/Check-out: The hotel’s standard check-in time is usually 2:00 pm, with check-out scheduled for 11:00 am. Early check-in or late checkout is at the discretion of the hotel.
- Occupancy Policy: Each room allows a maximum of three adults. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed.
- Bed Type: The hotel will determine whether a double or twin bed is provided during check-in.
- Itinerary Modifications: The final itinerary decided by the traveler is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation is provided as per the itinerary and is not at the guest’s disposal.
- Refund Policy (Paid Activities): If any paid activity is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, a refund will be processed within 30 days.
- Refund Policy (Complimentary Activities): No refund will be processed for complimentary activities not charged to KrishTrip or the guest.
- AC Usage in Cool/Hilly Areas: The use of AC during uphill drives and specific times is at the driver’s discretion.
- Exclusions in Package Pricing: Entrance fees, sightseeing tickets, and guide charges are not included in the packages.
- Pricing Based on Age: The booking price is determined by the age of passengers.
- Alternate Accommodations: In case of unavailability in listed hotels, arrangements for alternate accommodations will be made of a similar standard.
- Package Cancellation Due to Calamities: If the package needs to be canceled due to natural calamities or weather conditions, KrishTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund.
- Itinerary Modification Rights: KrishTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to various reasons, including Force Majeure events.
- Security Deposit: Some hotels may request a refundable security deposit during check-in, subject to the hotel’s policy.
- Exclusions in Booking Price: The booking price does not include personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, etc.
- Special Dinner/Mandatory Charges: The package price does not cover special dinners or mandatory charges during occasions like New Year and Christmas.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
- Houseboat Check-in/Check-out: On a houseboat, check-in time is 12 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am.
- Munnar Conditions: Munnar in Kerala does not have AC rooms due to climatic conditions. Hotels in Munnar are often located far from the city center and local market.
- Houseboat Stays: If a guest stays on a houseboat, sightseeing will not be conducted by vehicle. You will get breakfast, lunch and dinner in a houseboat. In Deluxe A/c houseboat Air-condition time will be 9 pm to 6 pm.
