Date Modification & Special Policy – Char Dham Yatra

• Date changes are subject to availability and supplier approval. Rate differences, if any, shall be borne by the guest.

• No reimbursement shall be provided for any unused services, sightseeing points, meals, or activities once the tour has commenced.

• Bookings confirmed at discounted / promotional rates are strictly non-refundable.

• In case of international bank transfers, any applicable bank charges shall be borne by the guest.

• KrishTrip shall not be responsible for hotel cancellations, vehicle disruptions, or service interruptions due to flight/train delays, road blockages, landslides, government restrictions, or natural calamities.

• If a guest misses any service (hotel, transport, darshan, sightseeing, etc.) due to late arrival, missed transport, or personal reasons, full retention charges shall apply.

• Char Dham Yatra is subject to weather, terrain, and government regulations. Any cancellations or changes due to climatic conditions, landslides, heavy rainfall, road closures, or local authority restrictions shall not qualify for compensation claims.

• In case of helicopter bookings (if applicable), cancellation and refund shall strictly follow the helicopter operator’s policy.

Terms & Conditions – Char Dham Yatra

• Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel discretion and availability.

• Maximum 3 adults are allowed per room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress/rollaway bed as per hotel policy.

• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified during the tour.

• Transportation will be provided strictly as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.

• AC may not function in hilly areas or during low temperatures as per hotel policies.

• Pony/palki charges, porter charges, VIP darshan fees, guide charges, and personal expenses are not included in the package cost.

• Hotels in Char Dham locations are basic in nature due to remote terrain conditions. Luxury standards should not be expected in certain sectors.

• In case any paid activity becomes non-operational due to weather or government restrictions, refunds (if applicable) shall be processed within 30 days after receiving supplier confirmation.

• Complimentary services are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

• Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in as per their internal policy.

• Special festive surcharges (if applicable during peak pilgrimage dates) are not included unless specifically mentioned.

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

• KrishTrip reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary in case of Force Majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, road conditions, or unforeseen operational issues. No compensation claims shall be entertained for such changes.

Important Notes – Char Dham Yatra

• All guests must carry valid original Government ID proof.

• Char Dham Yatra involves long travel hours and high-altitude regions; guests are advised to consult a doctor before travel if having medical conditions.

• Weather in the Himalayan region is unpredictable; delays due to traffic jams, traffic congestion, landslides, road blockages, accidents, weather conditions, or local restrictions are beyond the control of KrishTrip. Any additional costs arising due to such delays, route changes, extended stay, vehicle retention, extra accommodation, meals, or alternative arrangements shall be borne entirely by the guest, and KrishTrip shall not be held responsible for the same.

• Darshan timing is subject to temple authority guidelines and crowd conditions.

• Guests are advised to maintain punctuality to avoid missing scheduled services.

Special Accommodation Note – Bhojbasa (Gaumukh)

• Bhojbasa (Gaumukh) is a remote high-altitude location where standard hotel facilities are not available.

• Accommodation is arranged in registered Ashrams / basic shelter facilities only.

• Guests will be accommodated in a common hall arrangement with mattresses and essential bedding for night stay.

• Due to automated package software configuration, “2/3/4/5 Rooms” may appear uniformly across all destinations in the itinerary. However, at Bhojbasa (Gaumukh), accommodation shall be provided strictly in shared hall format as per local Ashram norms.

• No claims regarding private hotel room accommodation at Bhojbasa (Gaumukh) shall be entertained.

• For the Gomukh trek, overnight stay at Bhojbasa (Lal Baba Ashram) can only be arranged once the permit is released by the management of Lal Baba Ashram. These permits are generally issued approximately 15 days prior to the travel date. Therefore, confirmation of the Bhojbasa stay is processed only closer to the travel date and cannot be guaranteed at the time of package booking.
