Cancellation Policy
KrishTrip Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of your trip, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused. We wish to bring to your attention that the 10% service charge of the trip is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation. This nominal fee plays a crucial role in sustaining the extensive planning and efforts invested by KrishTrip prior to your trip.
Upon cancellation, KrishTrip engages in additional efforts, which include thorough communication with hotels and clients. Our team is committed to continuous follow-up with hotels and providing updates to clients, integral components of our cancellation process. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of our limitations in refunding the service charge amount. Your trust in us is highly valued, and we remain dedicated to providing you with exceptional service.
Hotel Policy:
- Hotel cancellation policies may vary, and KrishTrip will work closely with clients to minimize cancellation charges.
- The minimum cancellation charge for hotels is 25%, and specific circumstances will be considered to facilitate a smooth process.
Vehicle Policy:
- Vehicle cancellation policies may vary, and KrishTrip will work closely with clients to minimize cancellation charges.
- The minimum cancellation charge for vehicle suppliers is 25%, and specific circumstances will be considered to facilitate a smooth process.
Holiday Package Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Charges after booking but before 15 days of date of journey: 25% of total package cost.
- Cancellation within 15 days to 1 week before date of journey: 50% of total package cost.
- Cancellation within 1 week of journey date: 100% of total package cost (No refund).
Note:
1. If the hotel’s cancellation policy is stricter (i.e., imposes higher charges) than our policy, the client must adhere to the hotel’s policy.
2. The minimum cancellation charge after booking will be 25% of the total payable cost to the supplier plus a 10% KrishTrip service charge for any booked services, including Hotel, Vehicle, or Holiday Package.
Airline Ticket Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of ticket cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the client for any reason, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 per ticket, one way, will be applicable for refundable air tickets. Please note that this fee covers administrative costs incurred in processing the cancellation or rescheduling request and is separate from any charges imposed by the airlines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- In the rare event of flight rescheduling by the airline resulting in a full refund to the client due to timing changes or other airline errors, our agency will still incur administrative costs in processing the cancellation on behalf of the client. Therefore, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 per ticket, one way, will be applicable in such cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. - For non-refundable air tickets, where the airline does not provide any refund in case of cancellation, our agency will assist in processing the cancellation as per the airline’s terms and conditions. However, please note that no cancellation fee will be charged by our agency for non-refundable tickets. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refund Process:
- The refund process is initiated by the respective hotels.
- KrishTrip ensures a prompt and efficient refund process and collaborates closely with hotels to expedite the refund.
- Refunds will be directly processed to the client’s bank account by the hotel or service provider.
Communication during Cancellation:
- KrishTrip maintains continuous communication with clients and hotels during the cancellation process.
- Clients are kept informed through regular updates, and their email addresses are included in communication to ensure transparency regarding the status, process, and any relevant updates.
