Important Note

Date Modification Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made between December 15 and January 15.
  • No reimbursements for unused activities.
  • Bookings confirmed at a discounted rate are non-refundable.
  • For guests with international bank accounts, any applicable bank charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • KrishTrip is not accountable for hotel/resort room cancellations due to flight/ferry cancellations.
  • KrishTrip is not responsible for Date Changes/Hotel Cancellation/Tour Program cancellation due to guests missing flights/ferry, and full retention charges will apply.
  • KrishTrip is not liable for hotel reservation/Ferry cancellation due to climatic changes.

Terms & Conditions

  • Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  • The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified.
  • Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Refunds will be processed for any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons within 30 days.
  • For complimentary activities, no refunds will be processed.
  • AC will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
  • Parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
  • Pricing is based on the age of passengers. Incorrect age details may result in penalties during travel.
  • In case of package cancellation due to natural calamities,
  • KrishTrip will strive to provide the maximum possible refund.
  • KrishTrip reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to events like Force Majeure, strikes, weather conditions, etc. KrishTrip is not liable for any compensation claims arising from this.
  • Some hotels may require a security deposit during check-in, refundable per the hotel’s policy.
  • Special dinners or mandatory charges during New Year and Christmas are not included in the package price.
  • Cancellation and refund queries should refer to KrishTrip’s Cancellation Policy.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
  • Ferry tickets are of the base category, and ferry timing cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Adjoining seats on inter-island ferries are subject to availability.
  • Foreign nationals must obtain a Restricted Area Permit upon arrival.
  • Sailing time from Port Blair to Havelock varies based on ferry type and weather conditions.

Important Notes

  • Mobile networks available: Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone; JIO only in Port Blair (BSNL preferred).
  • Complimentary breakfast in hotels is generally after 8:00 am; early breakfast can be provided if informed a day in advance.
  • Tour itinerary points will not be revisited without extra charges.
  • All participants must bring their original identity proof.
