Booking Procedure:

Explanation of the Booking Process:

To initiate the booking process with KrishTrip, clients are required to follow a simple and transparent procedure. Start by expressing your interest in a particular package or itinerary. Our team will guide you through the steps to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Initiate Booking: Pay 5% Krish Trip Service Charge.
Blocking Confirmation: Obtain a written blocking confirmation from Hotels, Vehicle & Extras.
Booking Confirmation: Transfer the minimum booking amount to hotels.
Voucher Collection: Pay the remaining 5% Krish Trip Service Charge before 5 days of the trip.
Final Hotels Payment: Clear the final amount at the time of check-in.
Final Vehicle Payment: After reaching the destination, just before starting the trip.

Payment Terms:

Details about the Payment Structure: KrishTrip follows a structured payment system. The total package cost is divided into convenient segments, with clear indications of when each payment is due.

Timing of Payments: Clients are required to adhere to the specified timelines for payment. This ensures that the booking process remains on track, and reservations are confirmed well in advance.

Accepted Payment Methods: KrishTrip accepts various payment methods for the convenience of our clients. From online transfers to other secure payment options, we strive to provide flexibility in how you can make your payments.

Cancellation Policy:

KrishTrip Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise leading to the cancellation of your trip, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused. We wish to bring to your attention that the 10% service charge of the trip is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation. This nominal fee plays a crucial role in sustaining the extensive planning and efforts invested by KrishTrip prior to your trip.
Upon cancellation, KrishTrip engages in additional efforts, which include thorough communication with hotels and clients. Our team is committed to continuous follow-up with hotels and providing updates to clients, integral components of our cancellation process. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of our limitations in refunding the service charge amount. Your trust in us is highly valued, and we remain dedicated to providing you with exceptional service.

Hotel Policy:

Hotel cancellation policies may vary, and KrishTrip will work closely with clients to minimize cancellation charges.
The minimum cancellation charge for hotels is 25%, and specific circumstances will be considered to facilitate a smooth process.

Vehicle Policy:

Vehicle cancellation policies may vary, and KrishTrip will work closely with clients to minimize cancellation charges.
The minimum cancellation charge for vehicle suppliers is 25%, and specific circumstances will be considered to facilitate a smooth process.

Holiday Package Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Charges after booking but before 15 days of date of journey: 25% of total package cost.
  • Cancellation within 15 days to 1 week before date of journey: 50% of total package cost.
  • Cancellation within 1 week of journey date: 100% of total package cost (No refund).

Note:
1. If the hotel’s cancellation policy is stricter (i.e., imposes higher charges) than our policy, the client must adhere to the hotel’s policy.
2. The minimum cancellation charge after booking will be 25% of the total payable cost to the supplier plus a 10% KrishTrip service charge for any booked services, including Hotel, Vehicle, or Holiday Package.

Airline Ticket Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of ticket cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the client for any reason, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 per ticket, one way, will be applicable for refundable air tickets. Please note that this fee covers administrative costs incurred in processing the cancellation or rescheduling request and is separate from any charges imposed by the airlines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • In the rare event of flight rescheduling by the airline resulting in a full refund to the client due to timing changes or other airline errors, our agency will still incur administrative costs in processing the cancellation on behalf of the client. Therefore, a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 per ticket, one way, will be applicable in such cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.   • For non-refundable air tickets, where the airline does not provide any refund in case of cancellation, our agency will assist in processing the cancellation as per the airline’s terms and conditions. However, please note that no cancellation fee will be charged by our agency for non-refundable tickets. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refund Process:

  • The refund process is initiated by the respective hotels.
  • KrishTrip ensures a prompt and efficient refund process and collaborates closely with hotels to expedite the refund.
  • Refunds will be directly processed to the client’s bank account by the hotel or service provider.

Communication during Cancellation:

KrishTrip maintains continuous communication with clients and hotels during the cancellation process.
Clients are kept informed through regular updates, and their email addresses are included in communication to ensure transparency regarding the status, process, and any relevant updates.

Responsibilities:

To ensure a personalized and tailored travel experience, KrishTrip empowers clients with the flexibility to choose accommodations that align with their preferences. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in the hotel selection process based on their unique criteria, such as budget, location, facilities, room size, view from room, food and standards.

Client’s Responsibilities During the Trip:

Selection of Hotels:

  1. KrishTrip provides clients with a diverse range of accommodation options, each varying in terms of price, location, facilities, and standards.
  2. Clients are responsible for reviewing the details of suggested hotels, utilizing provided tools such as website links, gallery links, and TripAdvisor review ratings.
  3. KrishTrip recommends clients finalize their hotel choices based on their individual requirements and preferences.
  4. Clients have the liberty to consult with our Tour Expert to customize any aspect of their trip, including budget, hotel selection, room type, meal plan, vehicle type, duration, and destinations.

Note on Hotel Selection:

KrishTrip places emphasis on providing a plethora of hotel options to cater to diverse preferences. It’s essential to note that KrishTrip neither endorses nor insists on any particular hotel selection. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly research and select accommodations that align with their expectations. If the chosen hotel does not meet your requirements, KrishTrip holds no responsibility, as the selection is entirely at the discretion of the client. We value your input and aim to deliver a tailored travel experience based on your unique preferences.

Changes to Itinerary:

Flexibility is key when it comes to changes in the itinerary. KrishTrip provides a clear process for clients to request modifications, including details about associated costs or conditions.

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, KrishTrip will take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. This may include adjustments to the itinerary or other measures deemed necessary.

Communication Process During Force Majeure Events:

Clients can expect continuous communication from KrishTrip during force majeure events. Updates, alternative arrangements, and relevant information will be promptly shared to maintain transparency.

Dispute Resolution:

In the unlikely event of a dispute, KrishTrip has a structured resolution process. Both parties are encouraged to follow specific steps to address and resolve any concerns amicably.

Steps to Be Taken by Both Parties:

The dispute resolution process involves active participation from both KrishTrip and the client. Specific steps will be outlined, providing a fair and systematic approach to resolving issues.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Krish Trip acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country on their own. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, strike, etc.

Change of Policy:

We reserve the right to update the content in the Note section of our services without prior notice to the client. These updates may include but are not limited to changes in policies, fees, or any other pertinent information. Clients are encouraged to review the Note section regularly for any updates or changes. By engaging with our services, clients agree to accept and abide by the content outlined in the Note section, including any updates made thereafter.
