How It Works with KrishTrip

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

The journey begins with your travel inquiry. Reach out to KrishTrip, and our team engages in a detailed discussion to understand your preferences, budget, and expectations.

Step 2: Customized Itinerary

Based on your inputs, KrishTrip presents you with customized itineraries and accommodation options. This allows you to tailor your travel experience right from the outset.

Step 3: Embarking on Your Journey

After confirming the itinerary and accommodations, clients are requested to make a payment equivalent to 5% of the total package cost. This commitment empowers us to interact with hotels and kickstart the reservation process.

Step 4: Cost Breakdown

After finalizing the itinerary and accommodation, KrishTrip provides an exact detailed breakdown of hotel and vehicle costs, including respective booking amounts. This ensures transparency and clarity before any further payments.

Step 5: Reservation Process

Upon receiving the 5% upfront amount, KrishTrip proceeds with the reservation process. Written room blocking emails are secured from chosen hotels, and clients are provided with the necessary bank details for the direct transfer of the booking amount.

Step 6: Direct Payment Transactions

Clients transfer approximately 25% of the booking amount directly to the hotels & Vehicle Supplier to confirm bookings. KrishTrip maintains transparency by providing bank details of specific hotels. This ensures direct transactions and eliminates concerns about the safety of payments.

Step 7: Remaining Service Charge

Before 5 days of the trip, clients are required to pay the remaining 50% of KrishTrip’s service charge, which is calculated as 5% of the total tour cost. This payment is crucial for the issuance of vouchers and ensures a seamless and well-documented trip.

Step 8: Hotels and Vehicle Vouchers

Clients receive comprehensive vouchers and trip details five days before their journey. These documents outline the remaining balance to be paid directly to hotels before check-in and the payment for the vehicle, due after reaching the destination but before commencing the tour.

Step 9: Dedicated Tour Manager

Throughout the trip, clients are assigned a dedicated Tour Manager, serving as the primary point of contact. The Tour Manager ensures smooth check-ins, travel for sightseeing and transfers, and provides assistance during the journey.

Step 10: Post-Trip Services

KrishTrip’s commitment extends beyond the journey’s conclusion. We offer post-trip services, including collecting feedback, addressing post-travel issues, and assisting with future travel plans.
